From Components to Your Wrist
Every ANDOR watch begins with a customer, not a warehouse.
Rather than mass-producing inventory, every watch enters our workshop after an order is placed. This allows us to focus on precision, quality, and the details that make mechanical watches special.
From carefully selected components to the final inspection, every Series 01 receives the same attention before it reaches your wrist.
STEP 1
Your Order is Confirmed
Your order secures a place in our current production batch.
Once confirmed, we allocate the components that will become your watch and prepare them for assembly.

STEP 2
Component Inspection
Before assembly begins, every major component is visually inspected.
This includes the case, dial, hands, movement, bracelet, crystal, and gaskets to ensure they meet our quality standards before entering production.
Every detail matters.
STEP 3
Hand Assembly
This is where the watch begins to come to life.
The movement is carefully installed into the case, followed by the dial, hands, crown, and bracelet.
Each watch is assembled individually—not on a production line.
Our goal isn't speed.
It's precision.
STEP 4
Regulation & Quality Checks
Every mechanical movement is checked and regulated before leaving the workshop.
The watch is inspected for:
• Hand alignment
• Date and day function
• Crown operation
• Bracelet fitment
• Timekeeping performance
• Overall appearance
Small details make a lasting difference.
STEP 5
Water Resistance Testing
Before your watch is approved for shipment, it undergoes water-resistance testing to verify the integrity of the case, crown, crystal, and seals.
Every watch must pass inspection before moving to the next stage.
(Only include this section if you genuinely test every watch.)
STEP 6
Final Inspection
Before packaging, every watch receives one final inspection.
We examine the case finish, dial alignment, hands, crystal, bracelet, clasp, and overall presentation.
If something doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't leave the workshop.
Simple as that.
STEP 7
Packaging
Once approved, your watch is carefully packaged with its warranty information and prepared for shipment.
Your tracking number is then sent directly to your email.
